  • Shipping & Delivery

    Softpouch offers Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $150 in the Continental US. If you prefer another shipping method let us know and we can accommodate. Overnight/2nd Day shipping does not apply to custom printed orders. Stock orders typically leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days. Please contact us at info@softpouch.com regarding any requests for overnight and 2nd day shipping. Custom imprinted pouches require 4 weeks for printing services.

  • Privacy & Security

    Softpouch takes the utmost care in protecting the privacy of it’s clients and online shoppers. We do not sell or rent any personal information. Shopper data is given only to the parties involved in processing the order, such as: the payment processor, delivery or order processing agent.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We do not accept returns on any printed pouches. Please confirm your order and if we are creating a die-cut please request a proof. We will replace any pouches that are defective. Unprinted pouches may be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking charge for all returns.

  • Ordering

    Note: We do not accept phone orders, however you can place a sample order before your purchase. Sample orders contain up to four pouches and may consist of different styles, sizes, and colors (except on Suede Pearl Folder and Simulated Leather Pearl Folder pouches). The sample order is a flat rate of $20.00 which is refundable on your next purchase of $100.00 or more (not including die charge). This includes shipping and handling.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Softpouch accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs for online purchases. We will make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, although we do occasionally sell out of products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation. Shipments to addresses within the state of New York are charged sales tax. All other states will not be charged sales tax. Please call us at (585) 201-7708 from 7:30AM — 3:30PM EST Monday — Friday with any questions about pricing. Your personal information is always safe with us; however, we do not take phone orders.

  • Viewing Orders

    Once an order is placed you have the option to create an account on Softpouch. You can login to your account at anytime and place a reorder or view your current order status.

  • Updating Account Information

    At the top of every page on our webstore you have the ability to login into you my account and update your password, address information and personal information.
